Response time depends on location within Jeddah and current callout volume. Call directly rather than using the contact form for anything urgent — the phone is monitored around the clock.
Is emergency callout charged differently?
Out-of-hours callout carries a separate attendance charge, which we state on the phone before dispatching. Repair costs are quoted after diagnosis, as with any other job.
