An air conditioner that is oversized short-cycles and never dehumidifies properly; one that is undersized runs constantly and still fails to cool. We size the unit to the actual space, install it to manufacturer specification, and commission it so it performs the way its rating claims.

Common questions

How do I know what capacity I need?
Capacity depends on room volume, glazing, insulation, orientation and occupancy — not floor area alone. We calculate the cooling load on site and recommend a unit that matches it, which is usually cheaper to run than the one people expect to need.
Do you supply the equipment or can I supply my own?
Either. We can supply and install, or install equipment you have already purchased. If you are still choosing, we will advise on capacity and efficiency before you buy.
