When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, phone number, service type and message you provide, and your email address if you choose to give one. We do not collect payment details through this website. We record limited technical information, such as the IP address a submission came from, purely to limit automated abuse of the form.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any work you subsequently ask us to do. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing purposes. We do not send marketing messages to people who have only made an enquiry.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to our own inbox through a third-party email delivery provider acting on our behalf. Beyond that provider, we share your information only where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet any record-keeping obligations that apply to completed work. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single functional cookie may store your language preference so the site opens in the language you last chose.
